Makin’ Change

Yet another postcard photo from Mo-Ranch.

Lots of great nuggets of inspiration here at CREDO. Way too much (and to new) to blog, but here’s one from a fellow participant that inspired a lot of us when it comes to dissatisfaction with the way things are:

You can be angry, you can be patient, or you can be creative.

Doesn’t matter what the issue is… that is something I can work with.

What’s inspiring you today?

Hmmm…not sure I get (or buy) it.
Change is in conflict with patience?
    Anger doesn’t motivate change?

    • MaryAnn says:

Yes it does, but in that statement, I hear anger as the kind that stews and does nothing, or reacts more destructively than constructively.

And change does come through patience. I don’t think the statement rejects the first two options. But if you’re sick and tired of being sick and tired, do something about it.

      Gotta go…

Change is at the heart of nature, so “doing nothing” is a fourth option, too: First Law of Thermodynamics: Energy can be changed from one form to another, but it cannot be created or destroyed. Not everything that “needs” to be done has to be done by us. The philosopher.

  3. I am being inspired by flow. I recently joined a group business coaching program, and today was the first time I could participate on a live call *and* the online chat session at the same time. I ended up connecting with all sorts of wonderful, inspiring people, including an hour and a half phone call with a woman that started because I offered some tech assistance with the program and ended up blossoming into yet another ever so lovely connection. 😀
