Tomorrow is the Day

Having a great time in Maine this week. Tomorrow is the day: we’re climbing Mt. Washington, Lord wiling and the crick don’t rise:


We’ll see how well the C25K program (with occasional elevation on treadmill) works as preparation for hiking 9 miles with 4,000 ft. elevation gain.

    You will rock! Pun intended. When the pace allows, use the hiking “rest step” and I am sure you will have an incredible experience. Keep us posted on your climb. Blessings!
